Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
How often should I have my carpet, drapes and upholstery professionally cleaned?
As a rough guide, an annual cleaning is a good practice, but this is affected by the number of people living at your home and if you have pets inside.
Why is drycleaning better than steam cleaning?
Dry cleaning is better for your home because we do not wet your underlay. The carpet does get damp during the process to remove the dirt and debris, but, the underlay does not get wet which allows the carpet to dry quickly, reducing the chance of unpleasant odours.
Do you offer after hours appointments at no extra cost?
We understand that life is hectic and many customers are not available during business hours. For this reason, we are happy to schedule your cleaning service after hourss, light permitting. at no additional cost Nearly all of our flood restoration work is done after hours
